Per trip: HERE heavy-vehicle distance and duration, up-to-date fuel price, tolls by vehicle class, hourly costs (driver, structure) and per-km costs (tyres, maintenance). You see the full breakdown before applying the selling price.
Can I run multiple operation types per vehicle?
Yes, each vehicle can be linked to several operations (tipper, flatbed, tanker, fridge…) with their own loading/unloading times, idle fuel use and crew size.
How does the per-customer or per-trip margin work?
You define your margin (flat or %) at the account level or per customer. Truckfare applies it automatically and reports the realised net margin once the trip is completed (via post-quote entered costs).
Is my fleet data hosted in Europe?
Yes, all of your data (vehicles, operations, quotes) is hosted in Europe on GDPR-compliant servers. You can export or delete your data at any time.
